How to configure the conditions

To add restrictions to a benefit, you must first define its approval process. (Create your benefit as usualHow to create a benefit?)

  1. Create or edit a benefit.
  2. In the Approval Process section, select the On Request option.
  3. When enabled, the Conditions to Request section will expand.

Here you can configure two types of restrictions:

1. Usage rules

  • Set maximum requests per Employee:limits how many times an employee can request the benefit within a time period.
     

  • Define a date range to request the benefit:specifies a specific range of days to receive requests. Outside this period, the benefit will be visible but the request button will be disabled.

2. Employee Conditions

You can filter who qualifies according to their personal or contractual attributes using the operators"AND"(must satisfy all rules)::

  • Seniority in months:defines a minimum number of months at the company.
  • Employee status:filters by active, pending, or inactive employees.
  • Contract type:limits the benefit to permanent, fixed-term contracts, etc.

  • If they meet the conditions:they will be able to complete the request normally; the request button becomes active.
