Configuration Permissions Profile Benefits – Brasil

This article aims to detail the user permission options for benefits profiles on the BUK platform. This will allow configuring the appropriate visibility for users responsible for different tasks within the benefits module.

Important considerations:

Creation and Configuration of Benefits:It is essential not to have segmentation by area limits in order to create and view the benefits configuration.
Benefits Approval:There are no area limit requirements for approval of benefits with approval level RRHH.

From Administración>> Usuarios y Perfiles >> Perfiles>>Crear perfil de Usuario, you can create your personalized user profile

The options for Benefits are the following:

Benefits:You can create, modify and manage benefits from your module; remember that it is very important that you are not limited by area, otherwise you will not be able to access this option. You will also be able to perform general configurations and create benefit plans.
Approvals:You will have access to approve all requests with approval level RRHH. You can do so even if you have an area limit, but only for requests within that limit. This permission is intended for users who need to participate in request approvals without necessarily having access to modify benefits, configurations or plans.

Rememberthat if an employee withnormal profileis also amanagerial position(has subordinates),does not require a customized user profile. They will be able to approve the benefits with the managerial approval level for their subordinates without issues.
