Process
1. Access the evaluations section
From the left sidebar, go toE-learning courses, then selectFormsand click onEvaluations.
This section will display a list of all previously created evaluations. Each one can be:
- Edit: Modify the settings or the questions,as long as it doesn't have answersassociated.
- Delete: Delete the evaluation,as long as it doesn't have responsessaved.
2. Create a new evaluation
Click onAdd newand fill in the fields in theGeneral configuration:
- Name: Assign a clear and easy-to-identify name.
- Do you want to display a custom text in the page header?: If you chooseYes, you must fill in the additional text field with the introduction or instructions.
- Add page: You can add as many pages as you need to organize your questions.
- Add question: Choose the type of question that best fits your evaluation.

3. Available question types
You can select from the following question types:
- Multiple selection: Multiple selection (allows more than one option as an answer).
- Single selection: Question with multiple alternatives, where only one is correct.

Open text: Allows participants to respond with free text.
Grading of open-ended questions is done manually, since the system does not assign scores or calculate grades automatically for this type of responses.
- Paragraph: Informative or instructional text (no answer field).
Each question can be customized:
- Edit the question statement
- Add supporting image
- Mark as mandatory
- Add, edit or delete options (depending on question type)
- Delete or duplicate question
- Once editing is finished, click onFinishto save the changes.
Additionally, you can set the system to select a specific number of random questions for each evaluation.
This option allows that, after finishing manual configuration, you determine the exact number of questions that will appear in the questionnaire through the option
This way, each person will receive a random selection from the total of uploaded questions.
4. Bulk upload of questions
If you want to speed up the creation of your evaluation, you can upload all the questions from an Excel file:
- Click on
- Download theExcel templateby clicking on “here”.
- Fill out the spreadsheet with the questions and options, following the indicated format.
- Save the file on your computer.
- Click onSelect fileand then onStart bulk upload.

5. Finish and save the evaluation
Once you have finished configuring your evaluation, either manually or via bulk upload, click onto make it ready to be used in your e-learning courses.
Considerations:
Keep in mind that you can only create one evaluation per PDF file you upload. If you need multiple evaluations, you must upload separate files for each one.
For bulk uploading questions, only Excel files are accepted. It is not possible to upload questions from PDF files or free text in this flow.
If when saving files, evaluations or surveys you see an error message such as 'An error occurred while saving' or 'the text has malicious tags', check that the texts do not contain special characters (quotes, symbols) and that the file format is the one indicated by the platform.
