Copilot Assistant

Buk Copilot is your intelligent assistant within Buk. It is designed to help you quickly resolve questions, whether about human resources, using the platform, or help articles. You can interact with it from the chat located in the bottom right corner of the platform.

📌 What can you do with Copilot?

Copilot can help you with:

• ❓ General questions about human resources.
• 📚 Access to help articles and frequently asked questions about the platform.
• 🔎 Guided search within the contracted modules.
• 🧩 Contextual help based on where you are navigating.

Note:Additionally, if you have special permissions, you can also ask questions related to your company's (tenant) information!

🔐 Permissions: Who can do what?

All users, except those with the “normal” profile, have access to the chat.

However,only some profiles can ask questions about company (tenant) data by clicking the "Data-type question" button in the chat.

❌: No access. | ✅: Has access | ⚙️: According to assigned profile configuration.

💡Queries about tenant data (for example: how many signed contracts I have, how many active employees I have) are only available if your profile has the corresponding permission enabled.

To grant access to data-type questions for a user's associated profile, you must edit the assigned profile and in the "Copilot" section, select "Yes" for the "Access to tenant data" permission.

🔎 What information can Copilot see?

Copilot can only access information that is already visible to your profile.It does not access sensitive data that you cannot view manually.

🛠️ Do I need to activate it?

No! Copilot is enabled by default for all clients and profiles, except for the normal profile. There is no need to configure anything in “General Parameters.” If you see the chat, you can already use it.

👀 What if I don't want some users to see the chat?

Currently, the chat is visible to all profiles except the “normal” profile.
